Help Needed.... I am not sure how to price this job - I am a Sales Guy and I have an amazing idea in travel industry (my last one sold for nearly 5 million dollars - I have the articles to share)... So I have the funds and the domain knowledge but I DON'T KNOW HOW TO FIND the right developer or team...This is a big deal.. If I choose the wrong Developer, project will fail...If I choose correctly, it will be HUGE... Very Good Developer Needed for 12 Month Project compensation: (USD) Paid Twice Monthly- Plus Equity in NewCo I am creating a new website in the Corporate Travel arena similar to [login to view URL] I am looking for: - 1 - 2 very smart developers - Must speak some English - This build will be PHP, LAMP STACK - Website will be a SAS, B2B, Hosted Solution, in Corporate Travel Arena. - I can send a one page overview of the project. - This is my 3rd Project of this kind, in this vertical... Both prior projects (websites) sold for quite a bit. - You must have references and show other projects. - You must be able to think and be creative... I want great ideas from Website builders.. I have had enough of saying "We need a SAVE button here" - We will use a ScreenTree Dev Methodology - - You should be fluent in HTML, CSS, JS, AJAX... We will likely use an eCommerce Platform. Though I am not 100% sure - You MUST be very strong in relational database and table structures. Our hotel DB will have over 40,000 hotels.. - Some Gamification experience would be helpful - We will spend our first 2 weeks - 4 weeks refining the project plan. Paid! - You will qualify for equity and stock after 90 days. - I am not a highly technical person. But I know what the SITE must do. I need the right partner Thank You... Lets discuss
