Build an interactive Website with POS

This is for an industry-specific sales operation. I am looking to set up a website that resembles the design of google mail and allows interaction and easy transfers of information from different sources and I would like each to have the option to save into their own portfolio or share with another person or group. I would like to have the option for the receiver to have the ability to do the same, as well as add received or entered information into different accounts or into an ongoing record or database. Also, I am looking to create the website to use an easy-to-use database that is savvy and nice to look at and provides easy data entry that delivers results. I would like this to have the ability to track and update information, such as mileage, travel, expenses, city (geographical) data, sales & commission calculator (group and individual), payroll, taxes (sales & service tax if applicable also), pipeline, invoicing, printable results option, links to informational/applicable sites, marketing & sales interaction and view/edit, etc. I would like all to be able to message an individual or group within the system and create notes when for self, individuals and groups to see. This website is being designed to take many different angles of running a business and organizing to create easy communication and flow between the company’s teams with templates, software, applications, tracking, etc.
