Build six websites to populate my urls....outlines are made in psd

Hello, I need to populate 6 urls with 6 new websites. I have made the outlines in psd that show the layout of where things will sit. You will be required to make six unique sites with colour schemes and relevant logos. Not all the site structures will be the same. Examples of the structures are here Site 1 Home Page Packages -Packages Summary -Package 1 -Package 2 -Package 3 -Package 4 -Package 5 Services -Installations -News -Rebates -Upgrades Information -Total information summary page -News Summary page -Education Summary Page -Latest Innovations Summary Page -Tips Summary Page About Us -Warranties -FAQ Contact Us Site 2 will have the same structure as site 1 however will have different content steered at different customer base. Same site site though. All layouts and content are currently in psd that I have Site 3 will be much shorter with only the home page, packages, about us, contact us Site 4 same as site 3 but needs a different colour scheme and logo Site 5 same as 3 and 4 will need seperate colour scheme and logo Site 6 to be a clone of an internet store that I own. I will provide you the address when I have approved the developer choice. This site should be an easy site to make as well. My budget for all 6 sites, including logos, colour scheme and designs and the installation of the google analytics code is $750.00 USD. This is for over 60 hours which I think all 6 sites can be done in far less time. If you think it is not possible to do this within my budget please let me know. I have all the layouts for the sites in PSD (the work is pretty much already done) you just need to design the logos and make the actual sites to be similar to my psds. Please reply as soon as possible as we would like to get started right away with site 1
