Develop a website on Joomla 2,5 and up

The goal - create a web-site based on a template of Joomla! 2,5 and up. Primarily the client is orientated towards the template Trekkingfan (with changes), as a design base for the future website, but according to wish of a developer the client is ready to buy another template, if the developer motivates his wish. Conception: This is a site of a photographer with picture albums, possibility of commenting them, with a world news block and a blog of the photographer. The client is ready to buy official full functional templates, modules, galleries and other components, which are needed to provide required functionality of the site. Final list of the purchases is prepared by the developer with the client according to client’s recommendations. Cost of the components is paid individually and is excluded from a sum of the work. The future site’s design is very important for the client, including even very small elements, and the developer not create these small elements such as logo, special lines, pics and the other – all these elements are given by the client with the format and size which are required by the developer. Since small details are very important for the client, developer must understand that during the process of developing the site probably it will be required to change the design of the site such as to change a font-size, a distance between some blocks, weight of some lines, size of some photos and etc. It’s necessary that the control panel of the site must be in Russian. The developer must know CMS Joomla! in the highest level, also he must know HTML and CSS, have understanding about PHP, Javascript and a template's base.
