create/design social media icons and 6 web buttons

WHAT TO DO 1 - Create/design social media icons (in the same concept as this site has it: [login to view URL]) when mouse is pointed over the icon the color of the icon lights up in its original color from the pale white color. links for social icons so far are: Google+: [login to view URL] YouTube: [login to view URL] Facebook: [login to view URL] Twitter: [login to view URL] Pinterest: [login to view URL] Tumblr: [login to view URL] (include also ;rss, facebook like button, instagram, blogger, linkedin, ummaland ([login to view URL]) 2 - need to hide ALL website pages (from public) except for the intro index page. 3 - on the intro page, will need to fix/redesign, rename and add more button links... there will be a total of 6 buttons (in a sequence cut design - see attachment for sample) with their links input (but the pages of those links will also be hidden from the public) 4 - Need to be said on under domain name of the site under logo: "Website in Development" underneath that to say "BE IN TOUCH VIA" in nice image text of gold color and "be in touch via" in white color it should be having a concept similar to this site: [login to view URL] NOTE: Will give in detail upon being awarded, will release milestone upon completion of work.
