I need a design and creation of 5 images for a CD-ROM cover.
**The images need to be in RGB JPEG format!

1) booklet outside. This image serves as the front cover image of your title.
This image must be 2925 pixels wide x 1490 pixels high
2) This image is printed on the back of the card that the booklet inside image is printed on.
This image must be 2925 pixels wide x 1490 pixels high
3) The tray card outside image displays the back cover and the spines -- the thin edges on the sides of the jewel case. The spines are 2/9" wide (after the bleed area) on each the left and right sides of the image.
4) The tray card inside image can be seen behind the CD inside the case.
This image must be 1820 pixels wide x 1465 pixels high

I include an image of Pythagoras and please use the text, colors and picture to your best judgement.
All specs of dimensions outlines must be followed to the letter.
Verbage and details to include on the images will be provided to the winning bidder.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
