Brochure Design

I am looking to redesign our brochure – please see attached our current design, this will give you an idea of the type of job and size you will be completing. I will provide all the content, the logo, photos etc for you to use, you have to provide the creativity! I’m looking for the brochure to be condensed slightly as I think it has too many pages and is too large a file. I would like you to look at the attached PDF file and then give me a detailed idea (or mock up) of how you would design it better. I would need to be able to change any of the content at any stage after completion, so it’ll need to be done in a format that I can do this in (I have Photoshop 3 if this helps). Please give me links to previous works and write in your brief 'I HAVE LOOKED AT THE PDF'. If you bid and don’t mention the pdf I’ll know this is an automated bid and you are not one for detail. For the successful bidder there will be a second brochure that we will need designing in a few months. Thanks and happy bidding!
