Artist/Designer needed to refine t-shirt design.

This design is Copyrighted. I need an artist, or someone who is experienced at using Photoshop, to refine my t-shirt design. I need it to look very neat and professional. The entire design needs to fit neatly within an area of 16 inches wide by 20 inches high. Within that 16" by 20", there should be an invisible, half inch border along the outside of the design. So the design itself should be exactly 15.5" wide by 19.5" high. But I need that border to be there. Everything in the design will be black. Everything should be simple, but clear about what it is trying to represent. I have attached photos of the design. There should be three question marks on the top of the design. One straight, the others angled on either side of the center one. Under that, the following symbols should be included: -A symmetrical cross. Like "The Red Cross", for hospital -A bed -A fork and knife, for restaurant -An airplane, for airport. -A badge, for Police. -A bathroom symbol -A telephone symbol -A symbol for swimming -A man stick figure dropping something into a trash can -A boat symbol. I want a sail boat with a few waves under the boat. -A cigarette symbol -A symbol for drinking water. I want a glass of water with a water drop beside it. -An open labtop. With a mouse to the right. -A martini glass with an olive on a stick. -A symbol for a baby. -A train symbol. Like what I have in the pictures. -A clock, not digital. -A stick figure riding a bicycle. -A coffee mug, with steam rising from it. -The symbol for a Christian Church Cross, a Buddhism symbol, a Jewish star, and the crescent(quarter moon) and star. As seen in one of the attached photos. -A mail envelope. -A car with a little smoke coming out of the exhaust. -A symbols for money. The dollar, pound, peso, and yen. Under all that, the title of the shirt. "THE TOURIST SHIRT". With a copyright symbol to the right of the title. As shown in the pictures.
