Backgrounds for Photography Portfolio Templates

Our online photography website service publishes template based pages. There are 7x (Seven) colour themes which control the overall look of a published website, and a single repeated background is used to bring additional character to each theme colour. Each theme currently comes with two background images and we want to expand our offering with 10x (ten) new background images for each of the 7x (seven) colour themes. JOB SUMMARY - Supply 10x (ten) repeatable background images across 7x (seven) fixed colour themes = Approx 70 images REFERENCE FILES - Please use the "pm background template" for PhotoShop (attached) - Please reference the 12 existing background images (see attached) - Note 1: The PSD contains an example page of one Gallery template style that contains both text and images. - Note 2: There are Gallery template layers for all 7x (seven) colour themes. - Note 3: There are two single pixel horizontal rules that are fixed in every theme so you may need to consider how these will impact your background if you wish to create a background behind the navigation. CREATIVE/STYLISTIC REQUIREMENTS - Photographers require their websites to be stylish and for their visitors to focus on the images in their portfolio. For this reason, "noisy" backgrounds can draw focus from their artwork or the text use on their website. - Consider that text and images will appear over the background image - Consider visual themes that photographers might relate their businesses to - e.g. what sort of imagery would a wedding photographer want to theme their site? or a sports photographer, or a portrait photographer, or a kids photographer... - Think classy, contemporary, minimalist, subtlety, harmony and beauty TECH REQUIREMENTS - Backgrounds are top aligned and repeated infinitely across X and Y axis - File size must not exceed 80k (the smaller the better - see attached examples for reference) - Consider how the background will repeat vertically and horizontally DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS - 70x (seventy) Compressed GIF or JPEG seamlessly repeatable images - PSD source files SUCCESSFUL SUPPLIER - Winning bid will be based on quality of background - Supplier will be given access to the publishing system to test backgrounds in a live environment - Successful applicant may win additional work for more backgrounds and other design requirements ---- Please provide suitable examples in your bid ----
