Copy 2D floorplans with Adobe Illustrator

We require 2D residential floorplans drawn with Adobe Illustrator based on scanned images of floorplans that have already been done that we will provide for a 4-storey, 20 odd unit apartment building. The plans include: a) Basement layout b) Typical floor layout c) Bachelor suite d) One-bedroom suite e) Two-bedroom suite As noted, the plans have already been drawn and scanned: you need to put these in AI format, with the text notes and measurement values included – and editable (in text boxes, for example). There are also measurement values that have been added; please convert all of these values from square meters (or mm, cm) to inches and feet. The floorplans we require are quite basic, consisting of walls, features, and measurements – this is really just copying plans that have already been made. Measurements are provided in the scanned images. Components such as furniture, features and plants will not be required. Technical details beyond what is already in the plans are not necessary and the sketches we will provide are drawn to scale (or very close to). Also, for the bachelor, one-bedroom and two-bedroom suites, we require mirror image copies of these floorplans. We expect delivery of the completed file in Adobe Illustrator and editable. Scans of the floorplans will be provided to the winning bidder! I look forward to hearing from you!
