I need someone, that can design me a Character (Hero) base on multiple images I gather and put them together into one piece, each picture have a unique special effect and place that special effect into my Character(Hero's Powers), I don't want you to paste and copy, I want it from scratch and different, something unique and awesome! I want to make this clear, I just want the character with one position and no background, Just the character with his powers. Anyone would help me out!
