Create buttons + other images for iPad app

I have made an app for the iPad and iPhone. For an update I want to do now I need some new buttons (and or images). The app is called WaiterOne, it's a Point Of Sale app for the bar and restaurant business. I have almost no graphical skills so I need somebody who I can work with me for a longer time. Somebody with good ideas, graphical skills and proven experience. More info about the app you can find on my (ugly) website : [login to view URL] On the bottom right corner of the main screen of the app are 3 buttons on a leather canvas. I need an extra button. So I was thinking of redesigning those buttons. The 3 buttons I have now are : - Order : a waiter hold a plate of products - Pay : some bank notes - Special Functions : some tools The extra button I need now is 'Bill', a button that you need to push when you need a receipt or bill. I had this idea of creating 3 round buttons, more or less overlapping, depending on the state, those buttons could be visible or not, active or not. I give you an examples : - when you open a table with no products on it (no sales done yet), the buttons shouldn't be active, as soon as you hit one article those buttons could become active - if you open a table who has already received a receipt, the order button could stay deactivated, the bill button could maybe have an extra picture or colour to say that the receipt was already printed and that you now have a duplicate or copy if you push it again I have made a scan of a drawing I made. But this is just an idea. Feel free to impress me. I know how to open and save Photoshop stuff. So I guess PS is the way to go. I Dribbble a lot, I you know what I am meaning, then you are my man ;)
