Design a T-Shirt - Fun College Reunion Tee

Hi,
I need a tee shirt designed that is going to be white text and graphics on a garnet color tee shirt. If you are designing in Photoshop, please use and preserve layers as it will be much easier for us when we go to print the shirts.
The best format to send work is vector art - in .eps .ai .pdf or .cdr form.
The attached file [url removed, login to view] shows the design for the front of the tee shirt - left chest only. That file has garnet lettering and an image in the color garnet on a white background. We kindly ask for white lettering and a white image on a garnet background.
On the back, please use the same font as the front (or a very similar font) and have it say, "Still Partying Like It's 1999" and have the number 1999 stand out and be bigger than the lettering. (See attachment "back of tee shirt".)
