Create Print Advertisements from Copy-write & Drawings

Hello, I'm a college student currently searching for a Graphic designer near the Los Angeles valley that can create several dozen cleanly polished graphic design print advertisements from copywrite & drawings I have created. My Ad concepts are quiet creative and the finished product should resemble (does not have to be perfect but does have to be quiet good) the work you see published by large companies on billboards, busstops, buses, magazines, etc. This is a team effort.
