Artwork Needed - Rabbit holding a gamepad

Hi All,
We are looking for someone who could create us a new 3D animated logo for a new website. We need it to be of a rabbit holding a gamepad facing to the right, pressing buttons as if playing a game then occasionally turning its head to face you. It needs to be modelled on the "duck" which is mounted on the front of the lead lorry in the 1970's film "Convoy" ( I have attached a copy of the duck) The background needs to be transparent so it can be used on any surface.
We will need to use this logo in various places/sizes, I'm not sure if this complicates the project or if you can simply resize a master like you would any ordinary image.
There may also be some extra work to include the sites name as part of the logo, your ideas are welcome...
