Create 3d models from 2Ddwg within Autocad/export to 3d studio max readable

Needed is the creation of 3D models from flat dwg drawings within AutoCAD, usually of interior architecture (lobbies, entrance halls, conference rooms). After that, the models need to be exported to a file readable by 3d studo max (3ds or obj). The models will find use in walkthrughs etc, therfor their *polygon count* should be *minimal*. For the same reason, their level of detail need not to be the highest. Their Level of difficulty is usually not above 'medium'. After a first test run, there will be a number of jobs in a row, however not on am entirely steady basis (there may be two within a week, afterwards there may be nothing for a month. etc. ) Notice will be quite short and require fast handling. Prices maybe negotiated from project to project. Important: Once the models are imported into 3ds max, they MUST correspond to 3ds max 'real word scale'.
