I want a responsive web-form and its deployment. User entry will be sent to my e-mail address, when user clicks the button then thank you page will be shown. The very same page will be sent via e-mail, too. Latest version of Bootstrap 3 will be used for as much as everything, button, font, text box, warning etc... Background of pages is the same as background_sample image. Logos should be downloaded and prepared to show a harmonious and readable view. Address are in [login to view URL] file. Text box has 8 rows height. It is written "bence" at the beginning and it is disappeared when user writes or clicks. When user clicks the button, if text box is empty or in initial state then give a warning that says "Daha yazmadınız ki !". Otherwise show thank you page that you can find in thankyou.png.
