Design, layout and functionality support for Magento web site -- 2

we own the very popular australian fashion brand - phyllis and mimosa ([login to view URL]). We use Magento for our web site which is fully integrated into our retail pos system - retail express. We would like help with the following: Immediate: we want to up date the layout and presentation of the home page. We require finished art work of some different design options we can provide clear instruction on. One the design is approved, we would like a finished artwork file to use as a guide to updating the home page. Our current web site is not a standard Magento template and we require the web site to be up a graded with the finished art work. The web site is not currently mobile or iPad friendly. Once the changes to the home page have been made, we want he web site mobile and iPad friendly. We would like to build an on going relationship to continually improve the appearance, functionality and performance of the site. We want to be working with people who are Magento experts. Our business is in the high end women\'s fashion market. We want to work with people who can suggest ways to improve the presentation of clothing on line, with the ability to make changes to the design and functionality of the site to improve performance.
