Adding a Date Picker to a Wordpress theme.

i have a Wordpress theme that i'd like to add a "Date Picker" to. similar to the ones airline tickets websites have. the theme can be seen at: [login to view URL] the "Date Picker" should be added to the form on the Checkout process, cause i'd like to add the option of delivery for my customers and i'd like for them to be able to choose a date they want the jewels or products to be delivered on. so i will need: 1. Add a date picker to the form on the checkout process 2. Store the date order table 3.
