Adobe Illustrator: Design new icon from 2 icons

I need to have the attached 2 icons integrated into one icon: The teacher's icon ([login to view URL]) should be reworked so that it has the head of the senior man ([login to view URL]) The pose/angle/rotation/style of the [login to view URL] should not be changed. In other words: I need the [login to view URL] with the head of the senior man. The icon therefore needs to be built from scratch in Adobe Illustrator. The style of [login to view URL] should be matched very, very well. The final output should be 256x256 png (maximum space filling), but I also need the AI files. Since it is very hard to select the right designer, I really need to see your portofolio. If this project works out fine, this might become a long-term relationship because I have more icons of this kind done. Thank you for your bids.
