Artistic Artist

I want to build a site for www.artisticartist.com. I have a good part in my head that I can draw out on paper to show what I was thinking, not a huge site, just a site kinda like linkedin for any kind of artist (art,music and more), but where they can show off some work and a resume and bio for free and be able to link it to some social media sites and their own website, and then be able to buy more space for more things to show off more work and more features for say 4.99 a month and another where you could do more for a little more per month like 7.99 or 9.99, where they can do even more and have more space for their work. I want to keep it reasonable so as to attract artists and get some serious views going, which in turn could lead to selling other pages on the site, like a featured artist and other things along those lines. I added 6 pages I drew up really fast, I can make much more detailed drawings for this project.
