Website should be straight forward. Users sign up by depositing bitcoins. They use those bitcoins as Energy...that energy is then distributed based on the percentage of energy that the other users have....you could then withdraw energy when you have gathered enough or you can put it back into the Generator. Website should be able to receive bitcoins and withdraw bitcoins and distribute bitcoins and create users. I will take care of the URL and hosting.
