We are looking to create a hand out package to potential customers. We are General Contractors which cater to local City Municipalities (Public Works), K-12 schools and higher education along with some Private Sector Projects. We are interested in a 5-7 page leave behind brochure or a folder of some sort with insert pages. Any creativity is appreciated to make a First Impression Impact. We would like to highlight the management team, our capabilities, past projects with visuals, our target markets, why we feel we can service these markets better. Looking for a WOW factor. We have a basic website which was put together quickly for domain name only. Partial info about our company can be seen at www.boomerconstruction.com. We would like to incorporate our logo in a printed materials as shown on website. We will provide actual photos as required for documentation purposes. Feel free to use your own as you feel best exemplifies our intentions. Creativity encourage. We only ask for complete design files to be our property after contract completion. We will print final design product.
