Build a Template

I have a long time client that wants a major change to their site. Their idea is to have the site module and anchor based. The template will have a fixed company logo and five menu items that always go to the home page anchors. The header is to be fixed in place on every page. Four of the menu items will scroll down to the anchor modules on that page in which each module will have anchor links to other pages that do the same thing. The admin structure of the template will be: Top 50 rows with 6 columns each. This means you can pick one column or more in a row, pick a percentage and apply it. In total their will be 53 anchor pages, 3 different contact forms as in contact us, request a call back and submit a application. When to top is done we the template needs to Next we will need a right side menu on the anchor pages. This means the site will need a menu on the right side that shows a list of anchors on the page and it changes as you scroll down or you can click a link and it will scroll to the anchored module on that page. Need a custom menu to show on the right that is anchor based. Since the top menu only relates to the home page anchors the side menu will be for all other pages with anchors. Next will need custom css classes to insert into the modules to shift the content left say 200 so the text does not interfere with the menu and leave the background image and color overlay 100%. The custom class will be needed since it will not be ed in full pages as K2 items, maps or contact pages. All modules need to be able to edited from the template admin panel. You can bid now but is need to give even more information. Current site is built with Joomla 3.4, contact pages are in place. Don’t bid if you can’t do the complete job! I’m friends with the CEO and I can tell you that you will not be paid if you do not fulfill what is requested.
