Looking for a freelancer who will develop a fully responsive set of elements for within an existing Opencart 2.x responsive theme. These elements will consist of: *selectable tabs *dynamic loading of images overlaying custom fonts/text *fully cross browser and mobile compatible *slide up from bottom of page functions PHP or Opencart experience is not necessary as you would be working with a PHP developer who will take the HTML/CSS/JS and embed it into the Opencart theme. We can also supply a static version of the Opencart page for you to work within.
