I need a simple html / javascript page that will have a form to add the address (subject property) and a form to add the address for multiple other propeties (comparables properties). Using google maps api, a map will be generated showing the subject properties and comparable properties and the distance between the subject and the comparable properties.
It needs to look similar to the attached picture. I need to be able to put as many comparable properties as I want, it could be three, six, or what ever, they all need to show on the map. The distance between the subject and comparables need to be based on a straight line. I need in two to three hours from the time we accept the bid.
