construct a online website that can display database for spare parts
This website is intended for company employee use, only users with access rights can enter the website.
The website must be user friendly, easy to use, easy to access, easy to locate spare parts.
The website should have the following features:
- allow upload multiple photos for a single spare parts
-allow upload of multiple photos at same time
-automatic resizing of photos
-option to turn ON/OFF watermark to photos
- allow search of parts
-filter spare parts, by criterias

- user rights management
-3 levels of users, user that can only read, user that can add data to the database, admin that can change basic setting to database and create user
-send email to user with account information and password, after user account is created by admin
-user accounts are created by the administrator only
- multi language support for parts names and program menu, I will provide the language files, do not use google translate.
- allow for data upload through excel, this is for batch upload of data when using the website for the first time
- program incorporate into WORDPRESS as plug-in preferable.
- previous experience with similar project a must, must show sample work done before
- backup function of the database
- allow set timer for automatic backup of database
-output database to excel file
-export of database as pdf file
-user can filter spare parts and decide which spare parts or fields to print
- must be user friendly, all fields should have error proof
