Build a Website

i have a very urgent and simple job. i have this website : [login to view URL] there is a news thread black box over the slide show. i want to remove it and leave only the slideshow images. i want also to remove the following from the top menu. remove graduates [remove student services remove academics remove researches and move the rest to the top fit the rest all on top and leave the grey bar only for the languages i want this to be done in all three languages i want you to back up the current website before the changes in case something went wrong you can bring back the old work. this is very urgent and simple job so i expect it to be done in 1 hour. budget is 15$ USD since the work is very simple u will get access to the website admin panel and CP when awarded. this will definitly turn into ongoing business if you could deliver in time. thank u
