Hi to everyone.

i need someone who can create me "System Requirements" for a GIS - ( Geographic Information system) in a document...

i will mention a webpage as a example :

so.. i need someone who can browse the website from a to z.. and write all features and system Requirements in a word document you should create two type of documents.. in a doc should be mentioned all programming features design databases etc..

and another one need to write all Technical Requirements for example " what kind of servers are required ( what processor speed what kind of ram memory etc.) .. what kind of licenses are required to be purchased .. coz all technical Requirements must be purchased to be live in our apartment ..

NOTE : i was in some seminars in "how to build gis systems" ..

there are some ways to create it ... the gis will be used for a municipality ..

there are : local users that will work for municipality jobs..

They told us that we can purchase "GIS operating system" that is provided by ARGIS or ESRI.. etc.. this os provides server , database, and GIS browser ".
