Build a Website

Hi there, We are an accountancy firm based in wolverhampton, west midlands, england. We have recently upgraded our website. We now want to upgrade it even further and have a dashboard incorporated for our clients. Basically, we want a system from our website, where our client can login and have a look at their dashboard. We as an admin should be able to post notices, warning or anything into clients dashboard, to all or privately. Clients should be able to perform following tasks: - Enter sales - Enter expenses There will be a category for sales which will be provided later and also few categories for expenses. - Also a different column to enter VAT suffered (there will be there types of VAT treatment and they can choose from the drop down menu.) - There will be few reports, graphs or pie charts in accordance to their data entered into the system. - They should be able to see their outstanding fees As an admin we should be able to: - Issue new logins to clients - Amend, change or enter anything entered into the system - send private notices/memo to clients dashboard where they can also reply back via system or can request them to call us - We should be able to change their password or issue them with temporary password - Should be able to extract the data entered into excel - should be able to generate daily, weekly, monthly or yearly report The layouts and the colour theme are to be as of our website which will be given to you upon acceptance. There will be extra add on s as we go along and above description is not comprehensive. You will know better how and what should this types of system should look and what should they involve. We would love to see your examples, especially if you have done similar task to any accountancy firm. We will be needing a regular updates or changes to the system, hence are looking for a long term relation.
