Hello, I need a basic CMS done after my requirements that will be sent to selected bidders for the final stage of the process. Good English is a must, we will need to have a chat prior to this, to make sure you understand what I want, exactly! Nobody has time to lose so we must do this the right way. There is no need for graphic design, I will take of that and will be ready in a day or two, this way you will better understand the project. I need a basic admin panel where I can create categories, subcategories and items and add content to them via an editor, I also need an upload function to be done. This pretty much ends the admin panel, admin username will not be used at this stage, we will secure it via .htpassword. User registration will be done at a later stage. You must know PDO or MySQLi to make this project. There are some front ends things that need attention, but we will do this in private. I request your hourly bill and some examples of projects that you've recently done. All replies that lack "I know oop" in the first line will be ignored and reported. Thanks, Cosmin.
