Need a mortgage website similar to the one in the email link. I need to be able to have a "today's rates" (left) above the fold that I can change at my discretion. I need a lead capture section (right) that is above the fold, that will email the information the user inputs, directly to me. Almost everything on the example site in the link is how my site should look including fonts and radio buttons at the bottom of the page (email alert, calculator & e-valuator), with evaluator linking to www.zillow.com. The email alert & calculator also being functional. The four sponsors will also be at the bottom of the page.
I would like the background pictures to be more city related (the capital records building, los angeles city pics, san francisco pics) as my company is a mortgage company, but should have an edgy music/rock n roll feel as related to the name "Rockstar Funding". I would like the colors of the website to be overall blue & black, with blue being the dominant color. Please email me with more instructions.
