I need to design a website to market a small software add-in I have created for PowerPoint. I have some ideas of the color scheme and logo for the business, but I am open to all ideas about design beyond that. There are a few things I must have on the site. The first is the ability for users to register and login as well as all of the validation, password resets, etc. that go with that. Once logged in the user should be able to see their profile which will include personal details (name, address, etc.) as well as configure their profile. The PowerPoint add-in allows users to download, arrange, store and share logos. The profile page should allow a user to see their current logo collections and indicate whether to share a collection or not. The second is the ability to accept payments from people who want to buy the add-in. I want to allow people to download a temporary 30 day trial version of the add-in first, an then pay for it via the website once the trial period ends. A good website that does more or less all of the things I want to do for a similar add-in product is [login to view URL] or reference. I want to be able to maintain and update the code after it has been developed. My expertise is in C#, ASP.NET and SQL server and would like to use these technologies for the web development. I am also planning to host the web page in Azure so experience with that platform would be preferable. I would like the code to be written with Visual Studio 2015 preferrably as that is the IDE I use code development and it is easier for me to maintain and upgrade the code if I can easily import the solution into VS.
