1. user Registers will provide a registration form with 9 fields
2. user is placed into a database and user logs in
3. user is presented with a Provide Help button and a Get help button
4. user then clicks Provides Help and states how much they would like to provide help for
if user provides help for 1000 it keeps growing by 20% daily until the user clicks on the Get help button
5. Once user clicks on the Get help button they are then matched with someone that is providing help
once user receives help from the person providing they must click a button to confirm they have received help
and the user that provided help their money starts increasing with 20% and so the cycle continues
The system must also have an admin panel were the administrator can add a manual get help and see which users are not paying and unblock users who are not paying / confirming payments
