Build a Website Shopify

I need a website built for an idea of mine. I will eventually sell items on the site which is why it will be hosted by Shopify. I know a little about website design and I know what I am asking for is super simple for people who know what they are doing. I will need a site that is clean, neat, and attractive. There are 5 Main pages and a few sub pages. Two important parts: There will be a pledge that visitors to the page can take. This will ask for their Personal Information (Name, address, email) So I will need to have a submission form. Secondly there will be an option for visitors to download a template. I have most of the text for the site done and I have an idea of what I would like the page to look like as well as a few examples; so here's a break down: Home Page: 2/3 Scrolling images. One image will be click enabled and will direct visitors to a part of the website. About Us: 2 Graphics to liven up the page and text presented in an attractive manner. Join Us: This page will have the pledge option. Would prefer it to expand on screen when they click to sign it. Shop: This is where items for sale will be placed. For now I would like an attractive Coming Soon Page/wording/image when it is clicked. Contact US: Address, Social Media Links, Etc. If you can help that would be amazing.
