Build a Website for an advocacy nonprofit org

We are looking to redesign our website so that it looks clean and modern and is functional for our members / the public. We want to be able to track fundraising campaigns and for the public to be able to see how much has been raised thus far. We want to be able to recruit new members and new volunteers. Current news is critical - one of our functions is as a watch dog organization; mobilizing the community to attend city council or other important events as needed. So current news and events must be front and center. We want a page that tracks city council votes. We want to highlight our programmatic work - we have about 4 different programs.
