Build a Website - for iHost

We run a site that has been recently built in Wordpress. Our site is essentially a database that allows us to upload and categorise links to youtube videos, so that users can rate these links and ensure that the best results appear at the top of our search results. We are looking for someone to make enhancements to our site and to provide us with on-going technical and ad-hoc support. We are looking for a long term partner here- not just a once off piece of work. Specifically, we require: 1) The addition of functionality that allows users to 'subscribe' to any new video links added to a specific category. Users will recieve an email when this occurs. Users can manage their subscriptions from their profile page. 2) A front end submission tool that allow people to submit youtube links. This tool with then auto-generate a product/item in our back-end database, so that we can simply publish or delete this record 3) Some minor changes to the way our search tool functions, specifically about the responsiveness of the drop-down menus used in our search tool. In addition to the above, we are looking for the above person to also provide us with ad-hoc support. To be clear, ad-hoc support is separate from technical support. Technical support involves fixing things that have already been developed. Ad-hoc support includes minor changes to the site, or to the support tools surrounding it. It's likely that some 6-8 of these requests would come through each week. I would anticipate that these requests should take now more than 30 minutes to one hour. Similarly, we'd be looking to maintain regular communication with you, speaking (by either skype text or chat) on a daily basis, and with no more than a 24 hour turn-around time on our ad-hoc requests. We are looking for established providers with a proven track-record in excellent client service. This is paramount for us.
