Project Description
I require a website to be built with a similar but slightly tweaked design and function to upwork.
The website should enable a payment fund hold, which will be released as project milestones are reached (similar to upwork).
Payment will be via paypal or debit card.
I would also require advice on which server would be best to use for this website.
