I need to build a simple yet powerful online solution that forms a market place bringing together projects (lodged by organisations) and consultants (business improvement practitioners). It would be very similar in nature to Freelancer but targeting Lean Six Sigma, Theory of Constraints, TRIZ, etc practitioners. Another example very similar in nature but not targeted / specialising in this field is: [login to view URL] In fact, the expert360 website is a great example to help demonstrate what is required - we just need to tailor it to target the above mentioned market. It needs to be customisable and flexible so that I can change / amend content simply and quickly. There needs to be an ability to hold information in a database with access to extract all information.

I think you are targeting to provide high end business solutions to the enterprises and entrepreneurs. We will first create the design mockups and will give you for review. We will provide you minimum 3 revisions of the design. Once you choose the best design then we will move the the coding part. We will develop project planning document before starting coding. We will discuss with you in detail about the features and functionalities so that we can prepare the correct planning. We will also provide you a very easy to use CMS for editing contents and managing the site. We are planning to develop the website in CodeIgniter framework as its a well performed CMS framework. But let me know if you have any suggestion. We are a 2.7 year old organization backed with experienced graphic designers and developers.
