Build a Website related to Medical and Personal

Application should develop using Springs, Hibernate, MySQL, Java Script etc... Concept: User registration and upload his/her documents (each and every document should have select-able view capacity) and book doctor appointment (online payments and our own wallet to manage amounts) and medical prescription also online and medical shops person will deliver the items to user home (Complete chain of actions should cover - Plan of hospital visit to reach home with necessary medicines/tests - which includes In-patient and Out-patient). Doctors also our users but roles are different ... like this total 10-15 different role persons will login to our website. each role different menu and different action will take place (which combines hospital, medical shop, path lab management applications). Reports are very important in our website. Detailed project description will be explained to final bidder only. Once complete the website development next Mobile app also need to develop for this website. Requirements: 1.
