We have many domains we need to build and are looking for a good team to work with on all of them over time. We will start with one to make sure our working relationship is good for both of us.
What are we looking to build? Authority Sites with PERFECT on-site SEO designed to gain top 3 organic rankings in google for niche keywords. On-site SEO is very important to us.
PROJECT:
1) Produce a high quality site.
2) It should be a site that benefits a very specific target audience. (every domain has a different specific target audience)
3) It should be a site that visitors trust and are really happy with.
4) It should be a site that search engines WANT to rank high.
5) Focus on two sources of traffic:
a- free traffic from search engines using SEO of niche keywords and keywords related to the niche
b- referral traffic from site visitors telling their friends
6) Monetize the site in the most passive and most profitable way possible while not being visually offensive to the target audience. (put the ads in the best places)
EXTRA REQUIREMENTS:
1) responsive web design
2) [login to view URL], Twitter Card, Open Graph compliant
3) all content must be readable as native fluent English
4) must look high quality on all operating systems and all size devices (from smartphones to iPads to PCs to large screen televisions)
5) lead capture with auto-reply emails
6) on-site SEO should be WHITE HAT
7) follow all google guidelines and best practices for SEO and authority sites
MISCELLANEOUS SKILLS:
Ability to acquire topic relevant site content (data, text, pictures)
Ability to make all site content unique for search engines
Ability to identify all the best niche keywords to target
Ability to create a good user experience
Ability to come up with design ideas for the sites
