I want simple Website to be Developed

1) Website to Post Online Web-conference -(use Opentalk or Bluebutton any one)- with Description and Selected more option to be add to explain web-conference Reason

2) there will be 2 user type one who post the Web-confference and Another who can attend the conference

3) profile of both user must also include Experience and Education details (like Skillpage or Facebook profile- import from LinkedIn or Facebook

4) to attend the Web-conference user need to fix the appointment request to Web Manager - use Scheduler and with date time format

5) this appointment request will be accepted or rejected by Web-conference manager - after seen user profile

6) Super Admin -(website manager)

- can Manage User type,

- can add/edit subscription for both User type

Website must be mobile friendly, will happy if you can do both web+Android version

Budget is low, So prefer to be Hire Expert who can do this within 10days

Note:- Payment will be paid only after finishing this Project no advance payment
