Build a new website

I need a website building the website is very simple and should not be very hard for someone good at website building to do this. It has a little visual aspect which may require some animation but easy for the right person. The website will consist of mainly of three pages which will be presented to all our readers. The three pages are attached as screenshots so please see screenshots. The home page will be filled with text links (main [login to view URL]) which the user can click ordered by newest and popular and a random filters. Whichever filter is set the admin should be able to choose from admin panel. The layout of the homepage is shown in the image. The two column list in the middle will change constantly on a set time period when user is looking at homepage by disappearing and then reappearing with new topics. When a topic link is clicked it takes you to a stack landing page (stack landing [login to view URL]). The time period of the disappearing and appearing of the topics on homepage the admin should be able to set in admin panel. The stack landing page is where the animation will happen, the design should be similar to the stack drawing shown on page and when a user hovers over one of the lines it shows a article which is part of the overall topic in this example 'nintendo nx features'. In total there is 7 articles for each main topic as you can see seven lines on the screen. One line is grey and that just means the user has already visited that article. When the user hovers over any of the lines with the mouse the title of the article appears on the screen and the hover text 'pull out' is displayed. When the user clicks a line the line turns from black to grey and all the other stack disappears just leaving that line which fades out and fades in to the article page (informational [login to view URL]) which displays the article selected. On the information page (informational [login to view URL]) when hovering over the article text on the page with mouse the 'push back' hover text appears which the user can click and information flies back into the center of the screen to show the stack page again stack landing [login to view URL]) Here the the user can select another line to read. The user can also click the collapse text at any time which shows the title and lines collapsing downwards and disappearing and then back to the the main home page again (main [login to view URL]). We can all create a blurred color effect under the collapse text with maybe a little nice font. This is all the animations side of things. The last couple of things is the user can also also click the 'recall' links if he hasn't already to add the information to his recall page (only when logged in, if not logged in he has to register or log in to use this function). So we would like registration function it would be good to have this as standard registration through our website and also via a facebook login if the user wants to. When the recall is clicked the topic gets added to the users recall page which he can view anytime when logged in. (It is like favorites page). Registration will also allow our users to publish there own information stacks. Also the admin panel back end should show us registered users with relevant registration information and we should be able to remove users if we want to. Also we want it to show us filtered reports such as topics with most recalls, and page statistics such as when how many times 'pull out' and when 'push back' was clicked on which pages. We can discuss this if its unclear. Also please include the filter and timing settings as written above in the admin panel. We should also be able to publish our own stacks and informational pages from the admin. That is it like i said this project is not hard for the right person. I am looking at getting started right away with this. Any user can register on the website and create his own stacks and post articles.
