Build a website / online business directory

I am looking to create a website with an online business directory that it is a little different. It can have the look and feel of something like [login to view URL], but does not require most of the things a normal directory have. This directory is Native Title Groups in Australia to register their member businesses so they can be searched by the public. Native Title Groups are essentially an organisation that has members and those members have a number of businesses. Native Title groups will sold a subscription which allows them place the details of their member businesses onto my online business directory where clients can find them and connect with them Needed - Search by Native Title Group (i can provide the list of native title groups) - search by business catagory - each native title group that wishes to register their member business get assigned a log in / password account by the admin. This account allows that Native Title Group to log into the directory and upload details on their various member businesses (but just for their native title group) - payment portal / ongoing subscription framework with options for autorenewing subsricption fees - contact business options (like truelocal) - banner and logo design Not Needed - reviews - location search or map - payment priority for featured listings
