Dear Employer, i would like to discuss in detail to finalize your requirement scope regarding video chat website Our in house comprises of 90+ PHP-MYSQL Coders with command over MVC Patterns, CMS along with Version control systems( Github,bitbucket etc) and 30+ designers with command over front end frameworks like twitter bootstrap and zurb foundation etc Our hourly rate is 25 USD/hr and can work for 40hrs/week.
