Coffee Bag Redesign - Build on Existing Concept

We have a new coffee bag design that needs a skilled designer to build on the design we have developed thus far and complete it for us (previous designer was unable to move beyond concept). The bag is a 12/16oz foil bag with a gas-release valve 2.5 inches from the top of the bag. We believe that silver foil (or matte) with our company colors works well. The bag will be gusseted on the four sides, not the bottom. We have the core image (logo +), tag lines and copy allocated (see supporting documents). Note: We anticipate being able to reduce the copy by 20% and in it's place will work with you to incorporate design elements, additional copy or nothing at all! The primary challenge is to tie together the front panel - our logo, the primary tag line, the secondary tagline verbiage, the coffee-specific label at the bottom (which will be printed in-house) - with graphics that are logical and attractive. The coffee-specific label design is open for re-design. The design for the front panel then needs to be taken out to the rest of the panels. We are hoping that this project will help us find our "in-house" designer to contract for other projects, of which there is a growing pipeline. We are a well-established coffee company committed to fair trade, organics and treating people right - this matters to us, so if it doesn't matter to you, we probably won't be a good fit.
