Company Portfolio (Brochure) design

Hello Freelancers, This project is for the design of a 16-20 page A4 company portfolio (preferably landscape but open to portrait, booklet). I will provide our business card (includes logo and color scheme), the text required, and breakdown of titles, headings, and written text. I will upload (or share on a host) around 70 images that you are free to edit, warp, filter, and stylize to be able to integrate into the profile. Please be sure to integrate 19+ pictures. -Attractive/unique front cover with logo and company name -Clean, elegant and modern layout -Edit the photos to give them a greater presence and effect in the portfolio -All complete and ready for print (with/without bleed options) -Editable format (InDesign or equivalent) -Can communicate clearly in English -Specifics like dedicated pages, and preferred order will be discussed when I've selected a bid to work with. The profile must showcase our products, services, and capabilities as an interior design and build company. Please read our intro and headings to understand the business. The pictures don't have to directly correlate with the text they are beside. Again please read the breakdown, intro, titles, and images to get an idea of how you will layout the portfolio.
