I would like to propose that for me to complete your task requirements that I recieve 1000 a month. This is a fair arrangement in my opinion as there is potential for you to make a lot more then that with my help making your bids for you on freelancer. Also I feel that with the monthly quota you stated you require for the amount of bids made will be extremely time consuming therefore the need to ask for a higher fee to be paid.
