Convert/Recreate our logo as vector hi res

We are in need of a good designer to recreate a copyrighted logo for one of our clients as a hi res, vector image. The logo has a character in it as well. Can be provided in photoshop psd to start. The formats needed will be the following.
1) Logo with character in coloring you are provided
2) Logo with character in coloring you are provided with white outline
3) Logo with character you are provided in all white
4) Character of logo in coloring you are provided
5) Character of logo in single color with some spacing put in to differentiate sections of character
6) Character with outline/stroke around it
Once you recreate it, we are sure making the other version will be very quick. Again, you will be provided a psd file that is layered with current logo and character.
