We need a simple but nice looking body map to allow athletes record sore and injured areas on mobile phones (via web app). Map could be similar to but not exactly like the examples below to avoid copyright issues. Map requirements 1) Should be sleek, nice looking usable by children age 10 and up 2) Athlete should be able to select different muscle groups and joints simultaneously on the map 3) Athlete should be able to tag each selected area, based on a) Type - Soreness - Pain - New - Recurrent b) level of pain 0 = no soreness/pain 1 = low pain 2 = mild pain 3 = moderate pain 4 = high pain 5 = severe pain 6 = maximal pain 4) Tagged area, type and pain level should be displayed in a summary popup Please provide example of similar previous works when applying to this project.
